Deliveries

We offer free UK standard shipping for orders over £35.00

All orders placed before 11.00AM Monday to Friday we will do our best to dispatch the same day although during busy periods this may be between 1 and 3 days. Orders placed after 11.00AM will be sent the following working day.

Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be dispatched on the following Monday.

United Kingdom:

For Standard Delivery we use Royal Mail 2nd Class Small Parcels Service – £3.95 (Free over £35.00). 2-3 day service.

We offer Royal Mail 1st Class Delivery upgrade that is calculated at check out - range between £2.95 - £5.95. 1-2 day service.

All order over £50 will be sent using a Royal Mail Signed For Service

Europe:

Unfortunately we don’t currently deliver outside of the UK. You can contact us at camilla@conchus.co.uk for custom requests.

International:

Delivery Addresses

Please check you have entered the correct address at checkout.

Delivery addresses are entered by the customer, we accept no responsibility for this as we have no control over the address that is entered. If the wrong address is entered and the parcel is delivered, we can not resend the parcel. If the parcel is returned back to us we can resend the parcel to the customer if they are happy to pay for the cost of redelivery.
